The followign tours have been especially designed to experience the greatest variety of Guatemalans nature and culture. All examples have been designed to start on a Monday. Other destination can be added by adding days at the beginning or the end of each trip. Please contact us if you like us to customize a tour for you. One – 12 day Roundtrip
Main Destination:
Semuc Champey, Candelaria Caves, Flores, Tikal, Rio Dulce & Livingston, Finca Paraiso, Quirigua, Antigua Guatemala, Comalapa, Iximche, Lake Atitlan & Chichicastenango
Itinerary
Day 01:
Guatemala City Arrival
Day 02:
After a short visit of Guatemala City Center drive to the “Biotope of the Quetzal” for a hike at the private nature reserve of Ram Tzul
Day 03:
In the morning visit a Marimba (National variety of Xylophone) Carpentry and continue to Semuc Champey. Later in the afternoon return to Coban.
Day 04:
First thing in the morning you’ll be visiting the unique Orchid Nursery of Freddy Archila. Then continue to the Caves of Candelaria to tube in the Caves. You’ll be staying that night in Flores.
Day 05:
Today you’ll visit Tikal, the largest Mayan archeological site declared a cultural and natural patrimony by UNESCO. In the afternoon drive to Rio Dulce.
Day 06:
Take a boat ride on the Rio Dulce and visit the Garifuna Village of Livingston
Day 07:
In the morning visit the hot springs and waterfall of Finca Paraiso. On your way to Antigua Guatemala you’ll be stopping at the archeological site of Quirigua.
Day 08:
Antigua Guatemala City Tour
Day 09:
In the morning drive to Comalapa to visit their Naiv Art Galeries and Indigenous Market. In the afternoon you’ll be visiting Iximche an archeological site of the Post-Classic Mayan era.
Day 10:
Take a boat ride on Lake Atitlan and get to know the indigenous towns of San Juan, San Pedro and Santiago
Day 11:
In the morning drive to Chichicastenango, the biggest Indigenous Handicrafts Market in Central America. In the afternoon return to Antigua Guatemala

Two – 8 day Roundtrip
Main Destinations:

Day 01:
Arrival in Guatemala City
Day 02:
Flight to Flores, Visit Tikal & Island town of Flores
Day 03:
Drive towards Caves of Candelaria to do tubing in the cave. Continue to City of Coban.
Day 04:
In Coban visit a unique Orchid Nursery, continue to Semuc Champey. In the afternoon drive towards San Cristobal Verapaz
Day 05:
In the morning visit a Marimba Carpentry. Afterwards hike on a private nature reserve neighboring the Biotopo del Quetzal. In the afternoon continue towards Antigua Guatemala
Day 06:
Antigua Guatemala City Tour
Day 07:
Take a day trip to Chichicastenango, to visit the largest indigenous market in Latin America.
Day 08:
Departure Day
Add-On: Add one or two nights at the end of the trip to stay in Lake Atitlan. You can also add two nights at the beginning of the trip to visit Rio Dulce and Livingston. Both Add-On trips can be set as a private tour or a group tour.

In the morning drive to Comalapa to visit one of their many Naiv Art Galeries and Indigenous Market. In the afternoon continue to Finca Los Tarrales.
Day 03:
In the morning take a tour around the farm or their nature reserve, later continue to Lake Atitlán to visit the indigenous village of Santiago Atitlan. In the afternoon take a boat ride in Lake Atitlan and continue to Chichicastenango.
Day 04:
In the morning visit Chichicastenango, the biggest Indigenous Handicrafts Market in Central America. In the afternoon return to Antigua Guatemala

On your way north you’ll be stopping in Chichicastenango, with the biggest Indigenous Handicrafts Market in Central America and again at the ancient Salt Mines of Sacapulas.
Day 12:
In the morning visit the Ixil triangle and it’s uniquely authentic village of Chajul. On your way to your lodge at the Cuchumatanes Mountains you’ll be stopping at Aguacatan, the spring of San Juan river and in the pilgrimage city of Chiantla.
Day 13:
Choose between climbing La Torre, the highest Mountain of Central America or Horseback riding at Unicornio Azul. On your way to Lake Atitlan visit the Neo-classical town of Quetzaltenango
Day 14:
In the morning visit Panajachel and get a professional introduction to the art of Coffee brewing at at Cross Roads Cafe. In the afternoon return to Antigua Guatemala.
